When installing the scripts you must put the full directory pathname to the library in the requires clause of reap_collect.pl or
it won't run from the crontab.
Also when installing scripts you must create a banner.loc banner location file in the sites/<your-site> directory so that the
admin.cgi program can find your banners. The first line should be the full directory pathname to your banner directory, while
the second line is the URL.
